Sambal Belachan 250gms

Sambal Belachan is made using chillies and a prawn paste.  Included in the recipe is fragrant Kaffir Lime leaves.  This sauce is versatile.  It can be used on its own with lime juice or as a base for other dishes such as a stuffing for mackeral, base ingredient for stir fried vegetables, or enjoyed with fried rice. We recommend that they be kept frozen to protect its freshness.  It can be easily scooped out of the jar when needed.
